Bonus Terms and Conditions
These bonus terms set out the rules that apply to every promotional offer you take part in with us, alongside our general Terms and Conditions. They explain how an offer is claimed, how wagering is counted, and when bonus winnings become cash you can withdraw.

How these bonus terms apply
These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards and any other promotion made available to your account with us. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, and they form part of the agreement between you and Magical Vegas Casino.
Every individual promotion also carries its own specific terms, shown with the offer itself. Where a specific term published with an offer differs from these general bonus terms, the term published with that offer applies to that offer.
When you take part in a promotion, the following rules apply together:
- The general Terms and Conditions you accepted when you opened your account
- These Bonus Terms and Conditions
- The specific terms published with the individual offer
- Any limits, timers, balances and wagering progress shown in your account and in the cashier
We may change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time, and we may stop offering promotions to an individual account where we consider it appropriate. A change of this kind applies to offers claimed after it takes effect. It does not remove a bonus you have already claimed and are using in line with these terms.
Who can claim a bonus
Promotions are available only to players who meet the conditions below. If you do not meet them, a bonus may not be credited, or it may be removed together with anything won from it.
- You are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
- Your account is registered in your own name, with accurate and current details.
- You hold one account only. We treat multiple accounts held by the same person, household, address, device or network as linked, and promotional play on linked accounts is not permitted.
- Your account is open, in good standing and not subject to a block, time-out or self-exclusion.
- You have completed any identity and payment checks we ask for.
- The offer has not been restricted to a different group of players, and you have not already used it where it is limited to one claim per player.
Claiming and using an offer
Most offers are claimed in the same way. The exact steps for an individual promotion, including any code and the qualifying deposit, are shown with the offer.
- Sign in to your account and open the promotions area.
- Read the specific terms published with the offer, including its wagering requirement and expiry period.
- Opt in, or enter the promotional code, where the offer asks you to.
- Make a qualifying deposit of at least the amount shown in the offer, using an eligible payment method.
- Check that the bonus or free spins appear in your account before you start playing.
Some payment methods are excluded from deposit-based promotions. The methods that qualify are listed in the cashier at the time you deposit. A deposit made with an excluded method will still be credited as cash, but it will not trigger the offer.
You may hold one active bonus at a time. Where a further offer is claimed while a bonus is still in play, it is normally held in a queue and released once the earlier bonus has been completed or has expired. Funds are used in the order shown in your balance, which usually means cash is played first unless the offer states otherwise.
Wagering requirements and how play counts
A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to stake before bonus funds, or winnings from free spins, can be turned into withdrawable cash. The requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus, the qualifying deposit, or both, and the multiple that applies is published with the offer.
Games contribute to wagering at different rates, because they do not carry the same return to player. The contribution rate for each category is shown in the terms of the offer, and your progress is shown in your account while the bonus is active.
| Term | What it means | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Qualifying deposit | The smallest deposit that triggers the offer | The offer terms and the cashier |
| Wagering requirement | The multiple of the bonus or deposit you must stake | The offer terms and your account |
| Game contribution | How much of each stake counts towards wagering | The offer terms |
| Maximum stake | The largest single stake allowed while wagering | The offer terms |
While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies. Stakes above that level may not count towards wagering, and repeated play above it may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed. Some offers also cap the amount that can be converted to cash. Any cap is set out in the offer terms.
Bets that cancel each other out, or that cover most possible outcomes of the same game round, do not count towards wagering.
Expiry, cancellation and withdrawals
Bonus funds are not cash. They cannot be withdrawn, and they are shown separately from your cash balance until the wagering requirement has been met. Once it has been met, the eligible amount is moved to your cash balance and can be withdrawn in the normal way.
Each bonus has an expiry period, which starts when the bonus is credited and is shown with the offer and in your account. Free spins usually expire sooner than bonus funds. When a bonus expires, the remaining bonus amount and any winnings still tied to it are removed, and your cash balance is unaffected.
You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your account. Cancelling removes the bonus amount and anything won from it, and leaves your cash balance available to play or withdraw. If you ask to withdraw while a bonus is still in play, we treat that request as a cancellation of the bonus.
Fair use, account checks and support
Promotions are offered in good faith and for ordinary entertainment play. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of our account holders, and we monitor promotional play to keep offers fair for everyone.
The following are treated as misuse of an offer and may lead to the bonus and related winnings being removed, promotions being withdrawn from your account, or the account being closed:
- Opening or using more than one account to claim the same offer
- Giving false or incomplete registration or payment details
- Playing above the maximum stake while a bonus is active
- Using patterns of play designed to draw value from an offer rather than to play the games
- Depositing and withdrawing without reasonable play in between
Where we look into a bonus on an account, we may hold the related balance while we do so, and we will tell you the outcome. Our decision on the application of these bonus terms is final, which does not affect your right to complain under the complaints process set out in our general Terms and Conditions.
Safer gambling
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from the safer gambling area of your account. We do not send promotional offers to players who have self-excluded or asked us to stop. Free and confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop can block your access to online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain.
Questions about an offer
If anything in an offer is unclear, please ask before you claim it. You can reach us on live chat on the site, by e-mail at support@casinomagicalvegas.co.uk, or for promotion-specific questions at promotions@casinomagicalvegas.co.uk.
