Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets are accepted and settled at Magical Vegas Casino, what happens when a game or a connection fails, and how to raise a query about a particular round.

Rules that apply to every bet you place
These rules apply to every game, bet, spin and hand placed from your account with us. They sit alongside our general terms and the terms of any bonus you take part in. Where a game's own rules cover a point in more detail, those rules apply to that game.
- One account per person. You may hold a single account and must place all bets from it in your own name. As a licensed gaming operator, we verify identity and may ask for documents before a withdrawal is paid.
- 18+ only. Play with us is open to adults aged 18 or over, and we check the age of every account holder.
- Real money and bonus funds. Your balance may hold real money, bonus funds or both. Stakes are taken in the order shown in the cashier, and bonus funds remain subject to the terms of the offer they came from.
- Bets are final. Once you confirm a stake, it cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back. Please double-check your stake and bet lines before you confirm.
- Funds must cover the stake. A bet is accepted only if your available balance covers it in full at the moment it is placed.
We may decline or void a bet placed outside the stake limits shown in the game, placed through an error on our side, or placed in breach of our terms. Where that happens, the stake is returned to the balance it came from and we tell you why.
How bets and spins are settled
Games run on the game server, not on your device. Your screen displays an outcome that the server has already generated and recorded.
- You confirm the bet and the stake leaves your balance.
- The server generates and records the result of the round.
- The game shows the outcome and credits any win.
- The round is logged with a time and a round reference.
The result recorded on the server is the result that stands. If what appears on screen differs from the server record, because of a graphics fault, a stale page or a slow connection, the server record is final and the round is settled on that basis.
Each game carries its own rules, paytable and help screens, opened from inside the game. They set out how wins are formed, how features and side bets work, any maximum payout, and the minimum and maximum stakes for that game. Those rules form part of these rules.
The theoretical return to player is shown in each game's information screen. It is a long-run average measured across a very large number of rounds, not a guide to any single session, and no result makes a later result more or less likely.
| What you want to check | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Stake limits and paytable | The game's own rules or help screen |
| Return to player | The game's information screen |
| Wagering and eligible games | The terms shown with the offer |
| Your past stakes and rounds | The game history in your account |
Malfunctions, interrupted rounds and errors
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature or one of our systems does not work as designed, any result produced by the fault is void, together with any win credited from it.
- Voided rounds. Where a round is void, the stake is returned to the balance it was taken from and any amount credited in error is removed.
- Disconnections. A bet already accepted is not cancelled by closing the window or losing your connection. When you reopen the game, an unfinished round either resumes where it stopped or settles automatically.
- Rounds that cannot be completed. If a round cannot be finished within the period set by the game provider, it is settled on the recorded result or the stake is returned.
- Display and crediting errors. Where an obvious error in odds, stakes or a balance is identified, we correct the position and explain the adjustment.
We keep the server log of every round, and that log is the basis on which any correction is made. If an adjustment appears on your account and you would like it explained, ask us and we will set out what happened.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds are played under the terms of the bonus they came from, which are shown with the offer and in the promotions area of your account.
- A maximum stake per spin or hand applies while wagering is outstanding, as stated in the bonus terms.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games are excluded. The contribution shown in the bonus terms governs.
- Play that is designed to secure a guaranteed profit from a bonus, including low-risk or offsetting betting, may lead to wins from bonus funds being void.
- Withdrawing before wagering is complete forfeits the remaining bonus funds and any winnings attached to them.
Where a bonus term and these rules differ on a point about bonus play, the bonus term applies to that play.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted with a dealer and a betting timer. Each table has its own rules, side bets and limits, set out in the help section of that table.
- Late bets. A bet is accepted only while the timer is open. Anything placed after betting closes is not accepted and the stake stays in your balance.
- Dealer decisions. The dealer's calls on the conduct of the game, including when betting closes, are final for that round.
- Misdeals and card errors. A misdeal, an exposed card or a shoe irregularity is handled under the table's own rules, which may void the round and return stakes.
- Table limits. Minimum and maximum stakes are shown at each table and may differ from table to table.
- Stream faults. If the video feed fails, the round is settled on the server record of the cards or numbers drawn.
- Conduct. Chat at the table must stay civil. We may remove chat access where it is misused.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you believe a round was settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as you can so we can match your query to the server log.
- Write to support@casinomagicalvegas.co.uk, or start a live chat from the site.
- Give the game name, the date and time of the round, and the round reference shown in your game history.
- Tell us the stake, the result you saw and what you expected to happen.
- Keep playing that game paused until we come back to you.
We look into the matter against the server records and tell you what we find. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains how to take it further, including to the alternative dispute resolution service named there.
