Cookies Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, the categories we use on our website and mobile site, and why we use them. It also sets out how you can control cookies in our cookie notice and in your browser, and what changes if you turn them off.

What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit. They allow the site to recognise your device as you move from page to page, and on later visits, and they hold small pieces of information such as whether you are signed in, which display settings you have chosen, or that you have already seen a particular notice.
We use cookies, and similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage, on our website and mobile site. Where this policy refers to cookies, it covers those similar technologies as well, because they do much the same job in a slightly different way.
Some cookies last only until you close your browser; these are session cookies. Others stay on your device for a set period, or until you delete them; these are persistent cookies. Some are set by us, and some are set by the providers who supply parts of the site, such as game content, payment screens or measurement tools.
In broad terms, we use cookies for the purposes set out below.
- We keep your session running safely as you move between the lobby, the cashier and your account pages.
- We remember choices you have made, such as language, sound and display settings.
- We understand which pages and features are used, so that we can put faults right and improve them.
- We protect your account and our systems against fraud and unauthorised access.
- We measure how our advertising performs and, where you have agreed to it, show you messages that are more relevant to you.
The types of cookies we use
We group cookies into four categories. The categories below are shown in the cookie notice on the site, where you can turn each optional category on or off.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for the site to function and for your account to stay secure. They keep you signed in while you play, hold the contents of your cashier request while a deposit or withdrawal is being processed, balance traffic across our servers, and help us detect automated or suspicious activity. Because the service cannot be provided without them, they are not optional and cannot be switched off in the cookie notice.
Performance and analytics cookies
These cookies tell us how the site is used, in aggregate rather than by name. They count visits to a page, record which routes people take through the site, show us where a page loads slowly or returns an error, and tell us whether a change we have made has improved things. We use this information to put faults right and to make the site easier to use.
Functionality cookies
These cookies remember the preferences you set, so that you do not have to set them again. Examples include the language of the site, sound and animation settings, the layout you have chosen in the game lobby, and the fact that you have dismissed a notice or completed a step in a form.
Marketing cookies
These cookies record how you reached the site and which messages you have already seen. They let us limit how often an advertisement is shown to the same person, measure whether our advertising is working, and avoid promoting an offer you have already taken up. If you have asked us to stop sending marketing, or you have self-excluded, we do not use these cookies to advertise to you.
| Category | Typical purpose | Set only with your consent? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, cashier, security and fraud prevention | No - always on |
| Performance and analytics | Page counts, fault detection, site improvements | Yes |
| Functionality | Language, sound and layout preferences | Yes |
| Marketing | Advertising measurement and message frequency | Yes |
How to manage cookies
In the cookie notice on our site
When you first visit, a cookie notice appears. You can accept all optional categories, reject all optional categories, or open the settings panel and choose category by category. Your choice is saved and applied on your next visit from the same device and browser. You can open the same settings panel again at any time from the cookie preferences control in the site footer, and your new choice replaces the old one straight away.
In your browser
Browser settings give you a second layer of control, which applies to every site you visit rather than only to ours. Most browsers offer the following options.
- Open the settings or preferences menu and find the privacy, security or site data section.
- Look at the cookies already stored and delete them, either for all sites or for one site only.
- Block cookies set by other organisations, or block all cookies, for every site or for chosen sites.
- Set the browser to clear cookies automatically each time you close it.
- Use a private or incognito window, which discards cookies at the end of the session.
Mobile devices also carry advertising settings that limit how your activity can be measured across apps and sites. Please note that if you delete cookies, clear your browsing data, switch browsers or use a different device, the record of your cookie choice is removed with it, and the cookie notice will ask you again.
What happens if you block cookies
You can use parts of the site without optional cookies, but blocking cookies has consequences. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, the site may not work at all.
- You may not be able to sign in, or you may be signed out when you move between pages.
- Deposits, withdrawals and verification steps in the cashier may fail part-way through.
- Games may not load correctly, and settings such as language or sound may reset on every visit.
- We may be slower to notice faults that affect you, because fewer performance signals reach us.
- Some security checks that protect your account and balance may not be able to run.
Cookies, account security and safer gambling
Our service is for adults aged 18 or over. As a licensed gambling business, we must confirm your age and verify the identity and payment details held on your account, and some of the checks that support this depend on strictly necessary cookies.
Safer gambling tools are attached to your account rather than to your device or browser. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion continue to apply whatever your cookie settings are, and clearing cookies will not remove them. The limits shown in your account and the controls in the cashier remain the reliable record of what you have set.
If gambling is no longer enjoyable, free and confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop allows you to self-exclude from online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain. You can also set limits or take a break from within your account at any time.
Changes to this policy and how to reach us
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change, or when the law or guidance that applies to them changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date it last changed is shown with it. Where a change is significant, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie notice.
If you have a question about this policy, want to understand how a particular category is used, or need help changing your settings, please contact us by e-mail at support@casinomagicalvegas.co.uk or through the live chat on the site. Our team will respond as soon as possible, and will tell you if your request needs to be passed to another part of our business.
